Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy outlines our guidelines and practices for the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Service and tells you about your privacy rights and legal protections.

Application means the software program LifePulse provided by the Company .
For purposes of the CCPA/CPRA, a business is a company doing business in California that is a legal entity that collects consumers’ personal information and determines the purposes and means of processing consumers’ personal information, or a legal entity on whose behalf such information is collected and that, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing consumers’ personal information.
CCPA and/or CPRA refers to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”).
Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Goldwright Media Limited.
For the purposes of the GDPR, the Company is the data controller.
For purposes of the CCPA/CPRA, a consumer is a natural person who resides in California. Residents are defined by the law to include (1) individuals who are present in the United States for purposes other than a temporary or transitional purpose, and (2) individuals who reside in the United States but are outside the United States for purposes other than a temporary or transitional purpose.
For the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), a data controller is a company as the legal person which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
Device means any device that can access the Services, such as a mobile phone or digital tablet.
GDPR refers to the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
For the purposes of the GDPR, personal data means any information relating to you such as your name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to your physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
For purposes of the CCPA/CPRA, personal data is any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated, directly or indirectly, with you.
Services are applications.
A Service Provider is any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company. It refers to a third-party company or individual hired by the Company to facilitate the Services, to provide the Services on behalf of the Company, to perform Services-related services or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Services are used. For the purposes of the GDPR, a Service Provider is considered a Data Processor.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, whether generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Under the GDPR, you may be referred to as a Data Subject or User because you are the individual using the Service.

When using our Apps and to provide specific features, we may collect the following information with your explicit consent:
Images and other details from your device's camera and photo library
We use this data to provide our service features and to enhance and customize our services based on user preferences. This information may be uploaded to the company's servers and/or the service provider's servers, or it may be stored solely on your device.
You can choose to activate or deactivate access to this information at any time through your device settings.

Service Maintenance: To provide and maintain our Services, including monitoring usage of the Services.

Managing your requests: To process and manage the requests you make to us.
To serve you targeted advertising: We may use your information to create and display personalized content and advertising tailored to your interests and/or location. We may also work with third-party vendors to do this and to measure the effectiveness of such content.
For Business Transfers: We may use your information in connection with the evaluation or conduct of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal data we hold about users of our Services is one of the assets transferred.

Retention of your personal information
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with legal requirements (for example, if we must retain your data to comply with relevant laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
In addition, the Company will retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Deleting your personal data
You have the right to request deletion of personal data collected about you or seek our assistance in doing so.
Our Services may provide you with the option to delete certain information about you directly within the Service.
You can update, modify or delete your information at any time by visiting the settings section, which allows you to manage your personal information. In addition, you can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us.
However, please note that we may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or a lawful basis to do so.

Business Transactions
If the Company goes through a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred. We will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a unique privacy policy.

Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf can make a verifiable request related to your personal information.

This means that we may receive some form of benefit, not necessarily monetary, for sharing personal information.
We do not engage in the general sale of personal information. However, we allow service providers to use your personal information for business purposes described in our Privacy Policy, which may include activities such as advertising, marketing, and analytics. These activities may be considered sales under the CCPA/CPRA.

Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from an individual under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
